Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct Sales Presentations: Present our products/services to potential clients, effectively communicating their benefits and value.
• Close Sales: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare Sales Reports: Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance and progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Petro chemical and Industrial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
