We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our Finance department at Fugro in Dammam. As a leader in Geo-data collection and analysis, we are committed to providing crucial insights that aid in designing, building, and operating sustainable assets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to join our Finance department at Fugro in Dammam. As a leader in Geo-data collection and analysis, we are committed to providing crucial insights that aid in designing, building, and operating sustainable assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Management Support: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- Professional certification (*, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and trends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
