A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Production Line Supervisor, you will oversee assembly, testing, and warehousing operations, ensuring adherence to production procedures and safety standards while meeting delivery timelines. You’ll leverage lean management tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs, while also evaluating employee performance and organizing training programs to foster team development. Your strong coordination and communication skills will be essential in providing production-related reports for management decision-making and driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

How you’ll make an impact?

• Monitor team members to obey the production procedure and safety rules, ensuring production quality and safety.
• Direct, control, and monitor the assembly, testing, and warehousing; ensure delivery time.
• Familiar with lean tools and continuously improve productivity; ensure lower production costs.
• Evaluate productivity and employee performance; arrange equipment and human resources according to business development.
• Organize internal training according to different working station skills and create and evaluate team member development plans.
• Provide production-related reports and data for management decision-making.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Master is a plus.
• At least 5 years in the manufacturing industry, especially in assembly.
• Lean management experience and practice.
• Strong coordination and management ability, strong execution.
• Self-driven, result-oriented personality; ability to inspire and influence people; good communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English communication. Arabic is a plus.
