We are looking for an Executive Secretary with experience in Public Relations and handling government platforms to join our team. In this role, you will provide daily administrative support and coordinate effectively with various departments while interacting with government entities and official electronic platforms. You will enhance the company’s public image, especially with government authorities.

- Arranging Meetings and Events: Coordinating meetings and attending them when necessary.
- Managing Public Relations: Communicating with media and organizing promotional activities.
- Managing Government Platforms: Handling electronic platforms for requests and permits.
- Preparing Presentations: Designing presentations for executives.
- Travel and Logistics Support: Arranging executive travel and accommodation.
- File Management and Organization: Keeping documents organized and secure.
- Interacting with Visitors and Clients: Providing logistical support during visits.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
