As Store Manager, you will:

• Manage sales objectives and store performance metrics closely.
• Provide coaching and structured feedback to the sales team.
• Engage in proactive client management and long-term relationship building.

Profile:
Technical Skills: Knowledge of store procedures, digital processes, luxury business, and competition.
Soft Skills: Business acumen, proactivity, client satisfaction, coaching ability, and integrity.

Market Knowledge: Comprehensive awareness of the local luxury retail landscape is essential.
