About the RoleAs the Head of E-Commerce Section, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, crafting and executing strategies that enhance customer experience, boost online sales, and maximize ROI. You'll lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead the optimization of the online shopping experience to ensure smooth customer journeys and high conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance digital platforms in line with performance and security standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams on digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee user experience (UX/UI), ensuring the digital store design promotes engagement and sales.
- Ensure seamless payment, shipping, and return processes.
- Manage digital customer service to ensure timely, effective support and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and suggest data-driven strategies.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and digital technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead the implementation of digital transformation tools and AI solutions to enhance performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce are a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in managing e-commerce or digital business functions.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
