About the Role: As a Butler at Raffles Hotels & Resorts, you will deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in hospitality will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of luxury and service that Raffles is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all arriving guests and provide a detailed orientation of their rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate room service for all food and beverage items served in rooms and manage the removal of used items.
• Assist housekeeping in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guests' personal items and wardrobes.
• Process and deliver all valet requirements and assist with clothing pressing as needed.
• Handle unpacking and packing of guest luggage as requested.
• Ensure the butler’s pantry is kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain stock and charge in-suite bars.
• Provide information to guests about the room and local area and make reservations as necessary.
• Assist in areas such as restaurant, reception, and luggage services as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Proven supervisory experience managing a team of service professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for mentoring and developing staff.
• Proficiency in household management software and MS Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette and luxury service standards.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs is advantageous.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Professional butler certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
