ملخص الموقف:
عميلنا يبحث عن خبير تقني ذو فهم عميق وخبرة عملية في مجال النموذج كخدمة (MaaS) لمشروع الرياض في السعودية. ستكون في الموقع كحلقة وصل تربط بين احتياجات الأعمال لدى العملاء وقدرات LLM. مسؤوليتك الرئيسية هي فهم كيفية استخدام العملاء للنماذج، تشخيص الأداء في سيناريوهات معينة، والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحقيق تحسين مستهدف لتحقيق أفضل توازن بين التأثير والتكلفة، مع الاستفادة من المهارات اللغوية لتحسين مهام النموذج المتعلقة بالعربية.

المسؤوليات:

تحليل النموذج والتشخيص: تحليل أداء LLM في الاستدلال والتوليد والاعتدال، وتكرار الحالات السلبية التي أبلغ عنها العملاء.
دعم تحسين النموذج وضبطه: تقديم اقتراحات تحسين مثل هندسة التوجيه والتعديل؛ التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية في ضبط النموذج، خاصة لمعالجة اللغة العربية.
الدعم الفني والاستشارات على الخط الأمامي: تقديم دعم فني محترف حول استخدام منصة MaaS، اختيار النموذج، استدعاء API، وتحسين التكاليف.
مراقبة الأداء والتكلفة: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (مثل TPM، TTFT، معدل النجاح) وتقديم استراتيجيات دمج نموذج فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
التواصل والتعاون عبر الثقافات: الاستفادة من المزايا اللغوية لفهم احتياجات العملاء بدقة في السيناريوهات العربية، لضمان التواصل بدون خسائر.

المؤهلات:

خبرة في مشاريع ذات صلة بـ LLM (مثل تقييم النموذج، التطوير، التحسين، أو الدعم الفني)؛ يُفضل وجود خبرة في منصات MaaS أو شركات AI الكبيرة.
فهم عميق للمنطق الأساسي لـ LLM (Transformer، Tokenization، عمليات الاستدلال)؛ خبرة في هندسة التوجيه؛ الإلمام بمقاييس تقييم النموذج ومعرفة التعلم العميق على الأطر الرئيسية (TensorFlow، PyTorch).
اللغة: الماندرين: مستوى متحدث أصلي، يُستخدم للتعاون الداخلي الفعال. الإنجليزية: طلاقة في المحادثة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية، قادر على المشاركة في التواصل الفني وقراءة/كتابة الوثائق الفنية. إتقان القراءة والكتابة بالعربية، قادر على معالجة وتحليل اللغة العربية.
دعم مقيم في الموقع لدى العميل؛ قد تكون هناك حاجة للسفر التجاري القصير.
القدرة على قبول جداول الاتصال المتاحة على مدار الساعة، والاستجابة بسرعة لاحتياجات العملاء العاجلة.
احترام وفهم القوانين واللوائح والثقافة التجارية والعادات الاجتماعية المحلية في السعودية.
