تعلن شركة تطوير عقاري عن توفر فرصة وظيفية بمسمى مدير عمليات المشاريع، لقيادة الجوانب الإدارية والتشغيلية للمشاريع من مرحلة ما بعد الاستحواذ وحتى التسليم، مع ضمان استكمال التراخيص والاعتمادات والمتطلبات النظامية، ورفع جاهزية المشاريع للتسليم بكفاءة عالية.

المهام الرئيسية:

قيادة الملف الإداري والتشغيلي للمشروع من بعد الاستحواذ وحتى التسليم.
ضمان استكمال التراخيص والاعتمادات والمتطلبات النظامية ضمن المدد المحددة.
إدارة التنسيق بين الإدارات الداخلية والجهات ذات العلاقة والاستشاريين ومقدمي الخدمات.
معالجة المعوقات التشغيلية والإدارية ورفعها للإدارة العليا عند الحاجة.
الإشراف على متطلبات مشاريع البيع على الخارطة وكافة الإجراءات المرتبطة بها.
متابعة متطلبات حساب الضمان والتقارير والوثائق ذات العلاقة بالمشروع.
إعداد ورفع تقارير تنفيذية دقيقة عن حالة المشاريع والمخاطر وخطط المعالجة.
قيادة مرحلة التسليم ومعالجة ملاحظات العملاء والشكاوى حتى الإغلاق.

الشروط:

مؤهل جامعي.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة وتشغيل المشاريع العقارية.
خبرة مباشرة في التراخيص والاعتمادات ومشاريع البيع على الخارطة داخل المملكة.
قدرة عالية على التنسيق بين الإدارات ودفع الأعمال حتى الإنجاز.
مهارات قوية في التقارير التنفيذية، التنظيم، إدارة المخاطر، وحل المشكلات.
