We are a leading partner in the luxury goods sector in the Middle East, with over 600 stores and more than 300 brands, and over 65 years of **********’s a thrilling time to join our team as we transition from a traditional distribution model to a hybrid retail business that ensures luxury experiences are accessible everywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while utilizing effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and restocking of displays.
- Handle product launches and promotional marketing.
- Develop guest experience standards and ensure their sustainability to enhance customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with inquiries on products, pricing, availability, and usage.
- Communicate effectively with customers to assess and meet their needs, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Promote products and demonstrate understanding of various brands and their benefits.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure marketing levels meet brand directives.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages as needed.
- Ensure proper receipt and handling of inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty sector.
