Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with potential customers over the phone to introduce them to the products or services.
  • Achieving the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set.
  • Following up with potential customers and converting them into actual clients.
  • Explaining the features of products and services and answering customer inquiries.
  • Updating the customer database and documenting calls and results in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and customer service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute to improving processes and products.
  • Handling objections and rejections in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and prices.

Qualifications:
  • High communication skills and eloquence in speaking.
  • The ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills and time management.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management software (CRM).
  • A proactive spirit and the ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Effective listening and understanding of customer needs.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (via phone or in-person) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or any ERP system is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
