Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the insurance industry? At Al Etihad, we are looking for a dedicated Reinsurance Chief Specialist to manage our outward placement for all lines of general and life insurance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement guidelines for optimal FAC reinsurance placement.
- Review FAC quotations from reinsurance brokers.
- Follow reinsurance market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with FAC reinsurers and reinsurance brokers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of FAC contracts with reinsurers.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims & Finance Departments.
- Reconcile and analyze FAC outward transactions.
- Prepare FAC regulatory reports.
Requirements:
- 59 years of experience in reinsurance or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
