Our company is looking for a professional sales specialist and real estate marketer to join our team. The applicant will be responsible for promoting real estate, attracting potential clients, and completing sales and rental transactions efficiently.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Promoting real estate available for sale or rent through various marketing channels.

Communicating with potential clients to identify their real estate needs and requirements.

Providing professional consultations to clients and guiding them to make appropriate purchasing or renting decisions.

Organizing field visits to the properties available and ensuring a distinguished experience for the clients.

Following up with clients and completing negotiations to successfully close deals.

Required Qualifications:
