Worker Supervisor and Safety and Security
(Fieldwork at a contracting site)
Job tasks andresponsibilities :
- Monitoring site compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
- Cooperating with the officials and engineers, and continuously monitoring the main contractor.
- Monitoring the quality of work done by technicians on site based on the compliance with the approved plans.
- Supervising workers and monitoring their discipline and speed of accomplishment throughout working hours.
- Submitting field reports and pictures of work progress, notes, and corrective actions.
- Contributing to the field awareness of workers and applying preventive measures.
Job skills:
- Previous practical experience in construction sites as a safety supervisor and work supervisor.
- A serious desire to learn and develop.
- The ability to withstand the pressure of fieldwork and manage a multi-national team.
- Accurate follow-up skills and daily report preparation.
- Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
The preference among applicants will be based on the following:
- The applicant's residence should be very close to the workplace.
- Must be available for work (not a student or currently employed elsewhere).
- Must be ready to work immediately.
- Must have knowledge of all the job requirements mentioned above and be prepared to start.
