The purpose of the job: Supporting the purchasing officer in organizing purchasing operations, documenting documents, and updating the files related to prices and expenses, with the aim of reducing operational pressure and improving the efficiency of administrative work within the department.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Preparing purchase request data in coordination with the purchasing officer.
  • Communicating with suppliers to gather price offers and follow up on requests administratively.
  • Following up on invoices and receipts, ensuring they are documented and classified.
  • Organizing and continuously updating the Excel record for purchases.
  • Using the shared price file with the pricing department to match prices.
  • Archiving invoices and documents both physically and electronically.
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to ensure timely delivery of invoices.
  • Preparing a simplified weekly report that includes a summary of purchases.
  • Assisting in solving administrative issues related to delays or discrepancies in quantities.

Qualifications and requirements:
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • High organizational and management skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing procedures.
  • Fluency in Arabic and intermediate skills in English.
