1- Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the general manager. 2- Preparing reports and periodic correspondence. 3- Organizing work files and employee records. 4- Familiarity with electronic government service platforms. 5- Implementing government relations activities and monitoring legislation and following up on updates to regulations and policies issued by government entities. 6- Preparing and following up on the work plan for government entities based on the procedures followed within the program. 7- Supporting all procedures related to government programs and platforms. Personal and professional skills: 1- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. 2- Flexibility in the scope of work. 3- Discipline, commitment, and cooperation. 4- Spelling and linguistic phrasing and attention to accuracy.
