Join Our Team as an Account Receivable Accountant!
At Initial Saudi Arabia Ltd., we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Receivable Accountant to manage the financial transactions related to our client accounts. This pivotal role ensures the financial health of our organization by focusing on the collection and management of outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, following up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize the invoicing process.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the function.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• 35 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
