As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages for employees and visitors.
• Kitchen and Pantry Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization in kitchen and pantry areas; wash and store utensils.
• Supply Management: Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and inform supervisor for reordering.
• Hospitality Support: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and provide support during company events.
• Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Clean Attire and Personal Hygiene: Maintain a neat appearance and practice good hygiene.

Qualifications:
• Basic English skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation is beneficial.
