About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Launch & Awareness: Lead the pre-opening marketing strategy, from conception to execution, including campaign development and launch events. Collaborate with PR and local influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that encompass digital and offline strategies. Manage performance tracking and optimization based on KPIs.
• Social Media & Content: Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity while keeping up with trends.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build relationships with local brands, co-manage partnerships and negotiate marketing agreements to enhance visibility.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Work with sales teams to increase visitor numbers and create loyalty programs.
• Budget & Reporting: Effectively manage the marketing budget and provide performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment or youth brands.
• Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of Saudi youth culture and entertainment trends.
