Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently respond to customer complaints.
- Review product quality and research new vendors regularly.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest improvements.
- Control operational costs and identify waste reduction measures.
- Create detailed reports on revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand within the local community through events and word-of-mouth.
- Train new and existing employees on customer service practices.
- Implement policies for sustainable future operations.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong financial management capabilities.
- BSc degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
