Jia Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of "Nursing Specialist" to work within our specialized team in providing care services.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized institution.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the nursing field.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).

• Saudi

Required technical skills and experience:

• Strong experience in emergency cases and intensive care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of procedures:

• Feeding Tubes

• Tracheostomy Care

• Accurately and professionally monitoring vital signs and knowledge of required skills for change management and other care requirements for training staff.

Leadership and organizational skills:

• Ability to lead and direct a multinational nursing team with diverse experiences.

• Regularly monitor the performance of nursing staff and service providers to ensure the quality of care provided.

• Provide professional supervision and support to elder care providers and develop their performance.

Important notes and requirements:

1- Mobility is required to visit clients in their homes from time to time.

2- Transportation is available for the applicant, and it is preferred to have a car.
