Join Hilton as a Guest Operations Manager! In this pivotal role, you will supervise the Front Office Team to ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Oversee Front Office operations, maintaining high standards.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Manage bookings, maximizing room occupancy at best rates.
  • Set objectives, work schedules, budgets, and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of Front Office Team Members through training and teamwork.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement tools is important. International experience and fluency in Arabic are advantageous.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Coordinate with ENOWA Finance teams for month-end accrual preparations.
  • Review and analyze month-end accruals.
  • Manage inventory and prepare relevant schedules.
  • Conduct month-end closing activities in collaboration with NEOM Central Finance.
  • Oversee monthly transactions in SAP for accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications:
