We are seeking an experienced and diligent professional to join our finance team as a Senior Accountant. This critical position involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and conduct variance analysis to assist in decision-making.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards; coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Reconciliation: Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and resolving complex accounting issues.
  • Tax Preparation: Oversee tax filings and ensure all financial activities are in compliance with tax regulations.

Essential Skills and Competencies:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting.

  • Experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial management software.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest accounting trends and regulations.
