We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on the Municipality Roads, Asset, and Infrastructure Maintenance Project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience and will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate project-related information. You will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to design materials that enhance community engagement and project transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality visual content for project-related materials, including brochures, reports, signage, presentations, and social media content.
• Collaborate with project teams to create graphics that convey complex infrastructure and maintenance concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance community awareness and understanding of roads and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity for project materials in line with municipal guidelines and standards.
• Prepare and present design concepts for review, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to finalize materials.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to applicable regulations and guidelines within municipal infrastructure projects.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to produce innovative and attractive graphic content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on municipal or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in infrastructure or community-oriented themes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, particularly in public-facing designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization and infographic design, especially related to infrastructure and civic projects.
• Familiarity with web design and user experience principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of municipal regulations and standards related to project communications.
