Position Summary
As a Cook I, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team by preparing special meals and regulating the temperature of cooking equipment. Your responsibilities will include pulling food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator, ensuring proper food portioning, arrangement, and garnishing. Additionally, you will maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food. It's important to communicate with fellow team members and inform the Chef about food items that can be used in daily specials, as well as any out-of-stock menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist management in hiring and training kitchen staff.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and report any maintenance needs.
  • Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs with a positive attitude.
