We are looking for a competent Chef for our renowned client, Chocomelt restaurant, located in Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assists Head Chef/Sous Chef in all phases of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of kitchen personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality dishes.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Orders supplies and equipment as needed to support menu development and inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with health codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in pastry, bakery, and chocolate is mandatory.
• Must have completed a hotel or hospitality management degree or diploma, or any related course.
