Join our team as a Human Resources Operations Specialist! We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage employee lifecycle processes within our company while ensuring compliance with governmental policies and regulations.

- Implement and handle various procedures related to the employee lifecycle.
- Manage government sites related to human resources.
- Oversee contracts and execute service transfer procedures and work permit renewals on the 'Quwa' platform.
- Issue and renew employee residencies through the 'Muqeem' platform in accordance with internal regulations.
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, resolve disputes, and answer work-related inquiries.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide effective administrative support to employees.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, and store them in the database as per approved policies and procedures.
- Ensure all official documents and transactions are archived in a manner that allows easy access when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Experience with governmental platforms.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws.
- Good command of English.
