The Role
As the HR Director, you will oversee and drive the end-to-end HR strategy for a workforce with large-scale operations across sales, distribution, and manufacturing plants. This leadership role demands hands-on expertise in operational HR and the ability to address complex workforce dynamics. You will ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives while promoting a high-performance and engaged workforce.

• Lead and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and cater to the specific needs of diverse divisions.
• Oversee HR operations for large sales and distribution teams, ensuring effective workforce planning and employee performance management.
• Manage HR functions in manufacturing facilities, with a focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and employee relations.

The Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience leading HR functions for large-scale operations, particularly in sales, distribution, and manufacturing. Proven ability to manage HR operations for manufacturing plants with a hands-on approach and operational acumen. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and eligibility to work in HR roles as per Saudi government regulations. Demonstrated expertise in implementing HR strategies that drive talent development and organizational success. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams alike. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR practices. Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
