We at Adeem Trading Est. are looking for a Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating HR policies and activities to ensure legal compliance and support our organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, interviews, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Manage day-to-day workflow within the HR department.
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle employee discipline as per company policy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Implement HR programs including compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and modify policies to maintain standards.
• Maintain updated knowledge on HR trends and legal regulations.
• Manage departmental budget and facilitate employee development activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organization, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and HR software.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required; a master’s degree is preferred. You must have at least 8 years of experience in HR management. Age preference is between 35 and 55 years.
