Join Our Team as an HR Operations Supervisor!

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial in managing all transactions required to support the employee lifecycle within our organization.

Job Summary:
The HR Operations Supervisor will oversee the HR operations team, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with labor laws, and optimization of HR processes to support business objectives. Ideal candidates should have a background in manpower and outsourcing along with client management experience.

Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management:
    • Manage and oversee the HR operations team including payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Implement and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, external service providers, and government agencies for timely execution of HR operations.
    • Monitor and report on key HR operational metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Manpower and Outsourcing Management:
    • Oversee the organization's manpower and outsourcing requirements.
    • Maintain a network of reliable manpower and outsourcing service providers.
    • Negotiate and manage service level agreements with external providers.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • HR Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
    • Stay updated on labor laws and ensure adherence to regulations.
    • Coordinate compliance-related activities with government authorities.
  • HR Process Optimization and Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology.
    • Implement HR information systems to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the IT team for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Employee Engagement and Support:
    • Assist in developing employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Work with HR business partners to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of HR operations management experience.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Operations Manager.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR Management Systems.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
