We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to provide a full range of HR services to our subsidiaries and clients while adhering to company policies and procedures. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience Required:
Minimum of two (2) years in the Human Resources field in a service industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare various letters and certificates related to employees.
- Participate in new employee orientation and onboarding process.
- Receive and respond to inquiries relating to HR operations.
- Update and manage employee master data in the system, ensuring effective management of transfers, promotions, and contract changes.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities.
- Manage attendance and leave data of employees.
- Process annual vacation arrangements, including salary, flight tickets, etc.
- Oversee payroll activities and assist with employee compensation and planning.
- Handle disciplinary investigations and grievances.
- Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, localization, and new hires.
- Ensure employee welfare and health safety.
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Continuously review and enhance company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Experience Required:
Minimum of two (2) years in the Human Resources field in a service industry.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
