Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions including leadership, analytics, and organizational structure.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet both short and long-term needs.
- Manage recruitment processes, including selection, training, and development.
- Design compensation and benefits packages aligned with company culture.
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and legal standards.
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR issues.
- Maintain employee records efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment cycle and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office.
