We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage a range of human resources functions. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with our strategic goals and supporting employees throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all HR functions including leadership, analytics, and organizational structure.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet both short and long-term needs.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including selection, training, and development.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages aligned with company culture.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and legal standards.
  • Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR issues.
  • Maintain employee records efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment cycle and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office.
