Government Affairs & Compliance Management

  1. Liaise with relevant government platforms and authorities to handle HR-related administrative matters and procedures.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and government workforce localization policies.
  3. Coordinate and manage matters related to government entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Labor Office, and General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
  4. Stay updated on Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and government policies, and communicate any changes to management while ensuring timely implementation.
  5. Prepare, maintain, and submit HR-related government reports, statistical data, and regulatory filings as required.
  6. Manage employees' GOSI registration, deregistration, information updates, and other related social insurance matters.
  7. Administer and maintain company government systems and platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and other relevant portals, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  8. Coordinate and follow up on expatriate employee procedures, including work permits, profession changes, visa renewals, sponsorship transfers, and related government processes.
  9. Manage employee medical insurance matters, including enrollment, renewal, upgrades, downgrades, claims consultation, and coordination with insurance providers.
  10. Oversee the renewal, maintenance, and documentation of the company's Commercial Registration (CR), Baladiya License, and other business licenses and permits.
  11. Manage user access, permissions, and data maintenance across government platforms to ensure the validity and compliance of company records and licenses.
  12. Support the company during government inspections, audits, and compliance reviews, while assisting in mitigating labor and operational compliance risks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
