Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop a clear understanding of submitted business requirements.
• Coordinate requirement-gathering sessions with IT Project Managers and business stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed elicitation sessions to capture all necessary information for CRM enhancements or change requests.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Support the IT Project Manager during System Integration Testing.
• Perform impact assessments for proposed changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or IT roles.
• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Personnel Approval Forms (PAFs), ensuring timely progress and submission.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for verification of organizational charts and client approvals.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet submission deadlines effectively.
• Maintain detailed master trackers, providing status updates and approvals.
• Gather essential documents including CVs and job descriptions.
• Support weekly and ad-hoc meetings regarding PAF activities and progress.
• Administer EDMS platforms like Aconex and SharePoint to coordinate document workflows.

Requirements:
