About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and convincing skills to join our brokerage firm based in Saudi Arabia as a Real Estate Broker. This role involves providing investment advice, executing trades, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide investment advice to clients based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Execute trades on behalf of clients efficiently and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on market trends and economic news to offer informed investment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
  • Attend industry events such as conferences and seminars to stay current with investment trends and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant brokerage regulations and laws.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex investment information.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
