Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations to guests. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct and beautifully presented. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues that may arise. Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals. Prepare the dining area for the next service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Handle payments, process bills, and return change or receipts to guests. Stay up-to-date on menu items, ingredients, and allergens to answer guest questions accurately. Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Basic math skills for handling payments and bills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
