The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, local regulatory knowledge, and experience in working within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Management: Process supplier invoices in accordance with KSA regulations and company procurement policies. Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRNs). Validate and process per forma invoices for advance payments and special procurements. Maintain the AP ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Ensure adherence to agreed payment terms to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Vendor Payment Processing: Manage cheque and online payment preparations in accordance with internal control policies. Maintain cheque logs and ensure vendors are informed of payment schedules.
