QA/QC Manager

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions for an assigned location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves close collaboration with the head of operations and other functional managers to ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to all quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce the implementation of quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory mandates.
• Ensure all delivered products meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfy quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to verify adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with functional managers to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement in product quality.
• Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
• Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and properly stored and maintained.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure all employees are aware of quality standards and procedures.
• Supervise all QA/QC plans, including amendments and revisions, to meet project quality requirements and client expectations.
• Establish project quality objectives aligned with IMS corporate objectives and monitor the submission of QA/QC reports.
• Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage and attend all required meetings, arranging project quality requirements with the project owner/consultant and project management team.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Experience managing a team of Quality Control and Quality Assurance professionals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working closely with operational and functional managers within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
