Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Senior Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join its Major and Complex Loss team. This permanent position involves managing a portfolio of higher value and complex commercial claims. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and mentoring of colleagues within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating commercial losses on behalf of insurance companies through visits to policyholders’ premises.
• Preparing all necessary reports following each visit and maintaining a comprehensive diary.
• Managing a caseload effectively to ensure service delivery aligns with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meets audit criteria.

Qualifications and Experience

• ACII/ACILA qualified or holding an equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrating a commitment to work towards qualification.
• Proven experience in managing and leading large and complex reinstatement projects.
• A track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage and lead multi-party meetings.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and Excel skills.
• A full Driving Licence is essential for travel by car.

Desired Attributes

While not essential, a market profile and account management experience would be beneficial for this role.
