Learning Experience Designer Math

About the Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Learning Experience Designer - Math to join its team. This full-time role focuses on creating effective learning experiences for students by applying learning science principles. The position involves collaboration with curriculum leads, teachers, product teams, and engineering to develop learner-centered course designs, multimedia assets, assessments, and facilitator guides that support measurable student outcomes.

Work Arrangement and Location

This role operates on a remote-first basis, accommodating various time zones to align with delivery schedules. Candidates based in Riyadh are welcome to apply and have the option to work from the Riyadh office, either full-time or part of the week, based on preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive learning experiences, including scope and sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned with Noon learning outcomes.
• Develop assessment strategies and rubrics to measure mastery and inform iterative improvements in content and instruction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to quality assurance learning flows within the platform.
• Ensure learning resources are localized for language and relevant contextual factors.
• Conduct rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions and enhance engagement and learning gains.
• Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and the use of EdTech tools to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Utilize data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content, driving continuous improvement cycles.
