Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the company.

Purpose of the Role

The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing essential technical support to end-users, managing IT assets effectively, and upholding system security and compliance standards. This role ensures that all IT systems and services operate reliably and securely, supporting the company's daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users for various IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and manage inventory effectively.
• Support the functionality and availability of critical IT systems and services.
• Ensure robust endpoint security and compliance with established IT policies and regulations.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate IT support for user onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications and Experience
