Lumi | لومي is seeking a Warehouse Agent to join its team in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Agent is responsible for the systematic reception and tracking of incoming shipments, ensuring all merchandise is handled with care, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong teamwork, effective time management, and close coordination with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operational flow and consistent quality control within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and receive delivery trucks, processing incoming shipments using the appropriate tools and systems.
• Unload and inspect incoming goods to verify they match corresponding orders and specifications.
• Track and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring supplies are properly organized at all times.
• Enter and update data into inventory and record-keeping software systems with accuracy.
• Store items in their correct designated locations, keeping the warehouse tidy, organized, and easy to navigate.
• Handle all merchandise with care to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
• Pack and prepare supplies for other teams, ensuring everything is ready for use when needed.
• Communicate and coordinate regularly with team members to ensure inventory is moved and accounted for efficiently.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to streamline operations and assure the quality of goods.
• Use proper documentation to monitor on-hand inventory levels and support effective time management.

Required Experience and Skills
