Job Purpose
Lead and manage the airport's security operations, ensuring effective security measures are in place, compliance with regulations, and coordination with relevant authorities.

Position Accountability Description
Strategic Leadership
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of airport security operations, including access control, screening processes, and surveillance.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a secure airport environment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security operations and drive continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with national and international security regulations, including GACA and ICAO standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Manage and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and coordinate security-related emergency response plans and drills, ensuring preparedness for various scenarios.
  • Oversee the airport's security response team, ensuring effective coordination during emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of security activities, incidents, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present security performance reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
  • Adherence to cybersecurity requirements and ensuring that they are followed and applied to all company facilities and applications.
  • Follow up and supervise the security clearance systems that are issued in accordance with the policies of the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry partners.
  • Communicate security issues and updates effectively to all stakeholders, including employees and external partners.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure integrated security management.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the security team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the security team and all airport employees.
  • Promote a culture of security awareness and vigilance throughout the organization.
Financial Management
  • Allocate budget and resources for security programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk and Compliance Management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to security operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with security operations.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Drive innovation in security management practices through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة).
  • خبرة متقدمة في برنامج Excel.
