Role Purpose and Impact

The Showroom Manager will drive the success of the showroom by ensuring clients receive high-level service and by promoting the company's brand values. This position involves managing daily operations, fostering continuous improvement, and developing the team. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and analyze market trends to enhance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring team members provide customer service aligned with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for showroom offerings using digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team on accurate product pricing and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead and motivate the showroom team by setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions, fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular showroom audits to maintain a visually appealing and organized environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, sharing insights to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a management or customer engagement role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and financial solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250.
