Position Overview

Ahmed Abdullah Al Essa is seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee operations in Al-Ahsa. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively manage a retail environment, focusing on customer service and team leadership.

Role Purpose

The Showroom Manager is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere that attracts clients and fosters lasting relationships. This role involves driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a dedicated team. The manager will oversee daily operations and implement strategies to improve showroom performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, utilizing market research and customer feedback.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout, ensuring effective product display to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and events that showcase showroom offerings.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong leadership abilities, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a proven capacity to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position. The salary range for this role is SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.

Location

The Showroom Manager will be based in Al-Ahsa.
