Project Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Project Sales Representative for a full-time position in Al Baha. This role focuses on promoting Jazeera's "ALL IN ONE" concept and extensive product range to projects within an assigned geographical territory. The representative will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring the adoption of Jazeera's products in projects to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, addressing inquiries, complaints, technical service needs, and managing orders and stocking.
• Develop new customer accounts by conducting frequent visits to potential clients and managing correspondence and quotations to expand market share.
• Maintain a comprehensive project mapping database for ongoing, upcoming, completed, and lost projects to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Follow up on customer purchase orders and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with project management to study project quantity estimations before requesting quotations.
• Achieve profitable sales by meeting budgeted targets, maintaining average selling prices, and promoting innovative products to increase market share.
• Utilize CRM actively for project activities, regular updates, quotation preparation, and maintaining a reference log.
• Prepare and update monthly project mapping action plans for follow-up and status reviews, and arrange Technical Advisor visits for large projects to ensure application standards.
• Conduct project-based presentations with main contractors, consultants, and specifiers to promote the "ALL IN ONE" concept and establish Jazeera's application and paint specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve technical issues, propose paint systems and usage, and effectively present and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.
• Secure projects through loyal Jazeera paint contractors, ensuring adherence to application standards and maintaining an updated list of applicators.
• Generate monthly sales and collection forecast reports for the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Department on logistics, including delivery issues, to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
