At DP World, we are committed to excellence and innovation in our financial practices. We are looking for a proactive Financial Accountant to assist in managing budgets and financial compliance in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

At DP World, we are committed to excellence and innovation in our financial practices. We are looking for a proactive Financial Accountant to assist in managing budgets and financial compliance in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate vessel and company budgets, forecasts, and reporting results to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts, including intercompany entries, journal entries, P&L cost analysis, and variance analysis.
- Maintain relevant financial systems and ensure their integrity.
- Ensure compliance with local taxes such as WHT, CIT, and VAT, and prepare monthly tax compliance reports.
- Assist with the management of audits and provide necessary supporting documentation.
- Maintain close financial controls over operational budgets.
- Coordinate with central shared services for timely procurement services.
- Manage petty cash for local expenses and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Prepare the quarterly IKTVA compliance report and manage customer invoicing.
- Engage with management regarding accounts receivable issues and initiate collections on past-due accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in financial accounting and budget management.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
