Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant!
At ALMAALY RECRUITMENT, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting various financial operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines.
• Review expenses and payroll records as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Support senior accountants with the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle Financials.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent data entry skills.
