المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحقيق والسعي لتجاوز جميع الأهداف وأهداف المبيعات من خلال فريق مبيعات مطور ومحفز جيدًا.
  • صياغة السياسات والإجراءات لتحقيق أقصى ربح من مبيعات السيارات والتمويل والتأمين والملحقات.
  • زيادة المبيعات والربحية من خلال رضا العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم.
  • مساعدة بائعي التجزئة في تحقيق معايير ريادة الصناعة في كفاءة العمليات ومراقبة التكاليف.
  • ضمان التزام القسم بسياسات الشركة وإرشادات الصناعة.

المؤهلات المفضلة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المبيعات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس.
