The Opportunity

Jisr is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to join its sales team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for medium to large opportunities across various industries. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to Saudi businesses, providing HR solutions and contributing to Jisr's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales targets and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Generate new pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building; no inbound leads will be assigned.
• Engage primarily with HR, Finance, and IT Managers.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand prospects' HR challenges, business goals, and pain points related to compliance, payroll, and workforce management.
• Demonstrate Jisr's platform through tailored presentations and product demos.
• Advise customers on digital transformation, Saudi Labor Law compliance (GOSI, Mudad, WPS), and HR automation.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM, providing accurate weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings and territory visits to build relationships.
• Develop and execute plans to penetrate assigned market segments.
• Represent Jisr at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product development.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability in prospecting, pipeline generation, and opening new accounts.
• Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to understanding customer challenges.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances.
• Experience selling HR technology, payroll systems, ERP, or other enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and operates within a high-performing sales team. The position requires regular in-person meetings and territory visits to build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
